For over a decade, I've taught yoga classes, trainings, and workshops, and I've watched the same pattern repeat itself: students arrive exhausted, depleted, running on empty. They show up to class because they know they need something, but one hour a week isn't enough to undo the constant demands of modern life.
We live in a world that makes it nearly impossible to fully unplug. The result? We've become numb. We move through our days holding our breath, never pausing long enough to feel what's actually happening inside us. The thought of truly reconnecting with ourselves feels like a luxury we can't afford—or worse, something we've forgotten how to do.
I see my students trapped in an endless loop: giving everything to everyone else, with nothing left for themselves. They're stressed, burned out, and honestly? They've lost hope that it could be any different.
That's why I created these retreats.
