ocal Wine Tour and Tasting at Domaine Delmas, a family run business in Antugnac village, offering 7 sparkling wines (Blanquettes et Cremants) and 5 still wines (rouge and blanc), practising organic production since 1986 with official Bio certification since 1990, Marlene and Bernand and their son Baptiste look forward to welcoming and sharing a taste with you. Includes wine production tour, tasting and nibbles to accompany.
Mont Sec Sunrise or day guided trek - A two hour guided walk to 515 metres with a spectacular outlook from the top, which allows 360 degrees views of several local sites. Includes a brief introduction to the sacred geometry of the local landscape.

Upon booking, you will have your choice of shared accommodations. The rooms + bed options will be on a first come, first serve basis. In the booking form there will be a space to provide your request.
Accommodations
Guest accommodation is provided in the 14th century stone coach house which has been recently renovated and restored to provide a farmhouse feel with the modern comforts you need. The main house has a cozy livingroom to sit back and relax in the retreat house. Cool in the Summer thanks to the thick stone walls, yet warm in the Winter when the large fireplace is roaring. A perfect place to curl up with a book! The main house is furnished with a semi-professional kitchen and dining room that seats up to 20 guests. The main house has 3 bedrooms; Aude, Occitanie, and Mont Sec.
The House
This large bedroom has high ceilings and a view of the garden and the mountains. The bathroom boasts a large bath. This room has one double bed and single bed
Aude - Sleeps 2
This bright room has double windows with views of the nearby mountain. A double bed and a single bed are provided in this room.
Mont Sec - Sleeps 2
This large bedroom has double windows overlooking the courtyard and pool. The bathroom has a double sink. This room has 3 single beds.
Occitanie - Sleeps 3
The Old Bakehouse was the bakery of the domaine, and now has been renovated to provide a beautiful self-contained studio apartment with dual aspect windows.
A well equipped kitchen and its own private terrace mean that this studio apartment is perfect place to stay for short or longer breaks. The Old Bakehouse has its own front door, but is still attached to the retreat house.

The Courtyard apartment is a modern self-contained studio apartment, attached but separate from the retreat house. The kitchenette contains all the amenities you may need for your stay, and you can enjoy your own outdoor seating area.
